📄 Terms & Conditions – Toilet Paper Warehouse

1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Toilet Paper Warehouse website and services. By placing an order with us, whether as a business or individual, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Customer Eligibility
Toilet Paper Warehouse serves both businesses and individual customers. By using our site and placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You are authorized to make purchases on behalf of your organization (if ordering as a business).
   

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless prior payment terms have been approved.

• We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment options listed at checkout.

• Prices are shown in USD and may not include taxes, delivery, or shipping unless specified.
   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer UPS shipping, local delivery, and warehouse pickup options.

• Shipping and delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Toilet Paper Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges
Refer to our full Return Policy for details. Summary:

• Returnable items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days.

• Returns made after 30 days and before 45 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Non-returnable items include perishable goods, food/beverage items, pharmaceuticals, opened items with expiration dates, and custom or special orders.

• Incorrect or damaged orders must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
   

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

• Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or in production.
   

7. Product Availability
Product listings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, make product substitutions, or discontinue items at any time without notice.

8. Bulk & Volume Orders
Large volume or bulk orders (especially for businesses) may require special handling or lead times. These orders may be non-returnable or subject to separate agreement terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
Toilet Paper Warehouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total price paid for the item in dispute.

10. Privacy & Data
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how your information is collected, used, and protected.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled by courts in Georgia.
