We are committed to providing convenient and reliable local delivery and Pick-up services for our valued customers. Please review our Local Delivery Policy below for available options, scheduling, and guidelines.

Policy - the basics

1. Free Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery for customers located within 15 miles of our warehouse.

  • Delivery Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

  • Delivery Hours:

    • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

2. Delivery Options

Option Order Cut-off Time Delivery Timeframe

  • Same-Day Delivery - Order by 12:00 PM, Pickup before 3:00 PM -  (Tues/Thurs/Sat)

  • Next-Day Delivery - Order by 6:00 PM - Delivered next scheduled delivery day -  (Tues/Thurs/Sat)

  • Scheduled Delivery - Up to 7 days ahead - Choose a preferred delivery day -  (Tues/Thurs/Sat)

3. Delivery Guidelines

  • Contact Information: Ensure your phone number and address details are accurate for successful delivery.

  • Delivery Location: We deliver to residential and business addresses within the 15-mile radius.

  • Missed Delivery: If you miss your scheduled delivery, we will reschedule for the next available delivery day.

  • Special Instructions: Please include any gate codes, drop-off notes, or special instructions at checkout.

4. Free Pickup Option

  • Prefer to pick up your order? We offer FREE warehouse pickup:

  • Pickup Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Pickup Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Closed: Sundays and holidays

5. Payment Policy

TTP Warehouse is a cashless company. Accepted payment methods include:

  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Cash App

  • Zelle
