Shipping Policy - the basics
1. Processing & Handling Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Mon–Sat) are processed the same day whenever possible.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed on the next available business day.

No order processing or shipping on Sundays or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship orders daily using trusted carriers: FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Available shipping options:

Standard Shipping - 2–7 business days - Carrier selection based on best available rates.

Expedited Shipping - 1–3 business days - Available for an additional fee.

Freight - Shipping Varies - For pallet-size or bulk orders; Call for delivery quote.
3. Shipping Rates

Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Freight shipments receive a custom invoice or quote prior to processing for accurate pricing.
4. Tracking Information

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be provided.

Freight shipments include a Bill of Lading (BOL) and carrier contact information for updates.
5. Delivery Areas

Currently shipping within the United States only.

Free local delivery is available within 15 miles of our warehouse (see Delivery Policy).
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Report damaged or incomplete deliveries within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier for resolution.
